SELECTING YOUR OPTIONS

1. Lock & Mounting Types:

  • Dust Cover
  • Single Lock on Plate
  • Dual Lock on Plate

2. Switch Type:

  • Toggle (2-Postion)
  • Hold to Activate (Momentary)

3. Signals:

  • One Signal per Lock (SPDT)
  • Two Simultaneous Signals per Lock (DPDT)
  • Fire, EMS, security or law enforcement identification labels

 

ORDERING SPECIFICATIONS

To insure procurement and delivery of the Knox Gate & Key Switch, it is suggested that the following specification paragraph be used:

Exterior Dimensions: Requires 2 1/4" recessed depth x 3/4" diameter
 

Mounting: Key switch is designed to be recess mounted

Switch: SPDT or DPDT; 7 A resistive, 4 A inductive, key removable two position

Electrical Data: 

• 7 A resistive, 4 A inductive, (sea level), 28 VDC
• 7 A resistive, 2.5 A inductive, (50,000 ft.), 28 VDC
• 7 A resistive or inductive, 115 VAC, 60 Hz
• UL® and CSA listed: 7 A, 250 VAC
• Temperature tolerance up to +180º F

2 lb Heavy-duty indoor or outdoor lock design with a solid brass body and shrouded lock for added security. Identification labels to identify authorized agency

Exterior

1.5 lb Rust free, all-weather stainless steel shackle with lock cover designed to protect against harsh weather conditions and outdoor sprinkler systems.

Interior

1.5 lb strong steel body perfect for indoor secured areas. Shackles are thicker than most standard padlocks and built to resist pull attacks. Intended for interior use only.
