The KnoxVault 4400 is a secure, high capacity key lock box trusted by first responders, property owners, and universities. Store up to 50 keys, access cards and/or emergency plans to quickly gain rapid emergency access to large business and industrial facilities and campuses.

Although our box is UL 1037 Listed and built Knox Rugged, we strongly suggest to all our property owners to invest in the Knox Tamper Alert System. A minimal investment, that will protect your big investment, your property. In the event that your box is opened or removed from the wall, Knox Tamper Alert System will notify you, and may prevent potential vandalism or unwanted entry.

ORDERING SPECIFICATIONS

To insure procurement and delivery of the KnoxVault 4400, it
is suggested that following specification paragraph is used:

KnoxVault surface/recessed mount with/without UL Listed Knox
Tamper Alert.

1/4” plate steel housing, 5/8” thick steel door with
interior gasket seal. Vault & lock UL Listed.

Lock has 1/8” dust cover with tamper seal mounting capability. Vault has anti-theft re-locking mechanism with drill resistant hard-plate lock protector.

Exterior Dimensions: Surface Mount - 7”H x 7”W x 5”D
Recessed Mount Flange - 9 1/2”H x 9-1 /2”W

Lock: UL Listed. Double-action rotating tumblers and hardened
steel pins accessed by a biased cut key.

Finish: Knox-Coat® proprietary finishing process

What is a Tamper Switch

The Knox Tamper Alert is installed inside either the KnoxBox 3200 or KnoxVault 4400 and connects to the alarm on your building. If anyone tampers with the box, the alarm will be activated. Click here for more information.

What is Dual Lock For?

Dual locks allow shared agency access so first responders can immediately gain access during emergencies. For example, fire departments, law enforcement, and emergency medical services may share access to properties in their local jurisdictions.

What is a Multi-Purpose Switch?

The multi-purpose switch is mounted inside the KnoxBox and can be used to unlock Maglocks, electrical doors, and gates that are controlled by low voltage circuits. Other electrical equipment can also be operated by this switch. Click here for more information.

What Sizes are Available?
